   I'll start by saying that I'm usually a little critical when it comes to steaks, but they were perfect on these. My wife and I ordered medium rare, and they were both right on the mark with perfect seasoning, so saying good job to the back of the house is an understatement. As for the front of the house, Bruno and staff deserve a lot of credit. Bruno was excellent and definitely helped in making our anniversary dinner a special one. He was professional, courteous, and really seemed to take pride. His attention to detail and willingness to provide such wonderful service certainly made an impact with us and should be recognized. Definitely recommend and if you can request Bruno as your server, you will not be disappointed.

   Excelent service and the food was pretty good! It’s on the pricier side so, be ready to spend for a very good meal.

   The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server, Kathleen, was one of the best servers we’ve ever had. She was personable, efficient and made us feel special. A Five star experience!

   Great atmosphere and our server, Colleen was top notch. Food was amazing and carrot cake for desert topped the evening off nicely. Wonderful anniversary dinner.

   Bobs Steak House has a spectacular setting-one of the best views in Tucson which we have enjoyed many times- a top pick for ambiance, food and service. Last night was a disappointment. We were not given a table outside as requested. Service was fine but wine service- decanters with red wine stains in them was not appreciated. Our dinner was very mediocre for the price. Strip steak was tough, baked potatoes not appropriately baked. We are hoping it was just an off night- as we were sorely disappointed with a long time favorite.

   This is a pricey venture and the staff could not have been more attentive but some of the food item were a bit off. Calamari is better at Wildflower. The duck was dry and overcooked. The lobster was excellent. Something was off with the carrot and no one enjoyed theirs. Mushy and over spiced.

   Service and ambience was great All the food was prepared well and tasted great except the stakes were incredibly chewy and almost inedible. For a steakhouse I would give it a -1 out of 10

   What a let down. Don’t write reviews very often but… Server was awesome. Food was just barely above awful. Steaks salmon and rack of lamb. Rack was ok but rest was poor. Half a plate of mashed potatoes was thrown on the plate and a whole carrot. Really. A four hundred dollar ticket for a half a plate of mashed potato. Calamari came out ice cold. Bacon appetizer came out 100% fat. Took over an hour to get our food after we ordered. We passed on dessert so we could get out of there. Bobs was highly recommend by hotel. What a mistake.

    The name "Bob's" doesn't exactly invoke images of fine dining, but don't be put off by the name. The dining room has nicely spaced tables which allow conversations to be held easily and without worry about intruding into other's. Service throughout the evening was excellent from all of the wait staff, with special kudos to Bruno our server. The menu has a good selection of both meat and seafood and come with sides that don't require ordering add-on dishes. The food itself was excellent, albeit with portion sizes that neither of us could finish. I'm sure, however, that the portions would be fine for many. Entrees are very pricey, but generally in line with other Tucson fine dining restaurants.
