   Food was 10/10 and the staff were very friendly but the restaurant was very crowded and noisy! Very hard to enjoy your food when you can’t even hear the person you’re with and have a conversation.

   Fab restaurant staff were brilliant great service Food was fab except the side salad was very small a few spinach leaves and 2 slices of tomato not enough! Other than that it was lovely would definitely go back 😃

   After hearing so many positives about this restaurant group, I was rather disappointed. Our service was very poor. Basically nonexistent in the beginning to rather pushy about ordering everything very quickly and all at once. We wanted to relax with a drink, then appetizer, then dinner. We felt rushed and unwelcome. The food was prepared well, presentation was minimal and looked like everything was basically just thrown on very dark plates. The lighting was also dark, so it wasn't really a very nice way to display the plated meals. The steak and burger ordered was just ok, nothing spectacular. The chicken Kiev was overcooked with a cold butter on the side, not baked inside the chicken for which a Kiev is known. The peri-peri chicken was probably the best of the group. Based on our experience, we won't be returning to this location. Maybe the others are better.

   Not my first time here - the food is always amazing, excellent value for money, and the service is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

   Our overall Experience Was very okay. The meads that with eaten we're nicely cooked and the overall Taste Was very good. Within feel like de voluntary tip of 10% wasn't voluntary. It Was added to Our Bill Without Any questioning. This has placed a Negative Feeling Around are evening at Boeuf.

   Terrible experience – an hour and a half wait for a single order . Disgusting. We waited an hour and a half to receive the only order we placed. During this entire time, we were completely ignored by the waitstaff, who seemed more interested in everything but the customers. Even worse, the manager didn’t bother to come to our table to apologize or explain the delay. There wasn’t even a courtesy gesture, like a discount or anything to make up for the unacceptable treatment we received. Clearly, in this restaurant, the customer doesn’t matter at all. The lack of respect and professionalism made this experience disastrous. I strongly advise against setting foot in this place if you don’t want to waste your time and be treated like you’re invisible

   Ate here with family. Nice food but unable to fully relax and lots of little niggles Tables are on top of each other It’s very dark Had a cracked glass on my table with sharp edge which I noticed just in time, staff kindly swapped it for a piping hot glass Table was missing cutlery which I had to ask for when the meal arrived Nowhere to hang your coats Staff noisily bashing glasses together Lots of noisy yanks making a racket
