Very bad experience, Wouldn’t recommend eating here,
Booked a table and they just had us standing at the door first of all then when they brought us to the table there was chips mashed into the floor it was very dirty !
Food was disgusting went home to feeling sick for the rest of the night wouldn’t recommend any of these restaurants!!!

Music was very loud. Good value food but chunky chips would be better than skinny fries…

Arrived on time 5.45pm with my parents, whom I was treating to dinner. First time at the venue.
I was told I was already there. Host barely made eye contact. Literally hand our 'complimentary' garlic bread as we sat at the table. It was soggy doughy and tasted like it was deep-fried in garlic butter. 1/10
We ordered drinks, and they came promptly. Ordered our steaks. In a record breaking time our 4 x 400m Olympic relay team would have been proud of, the steaks appeared at our tables. 2 from 3 were cooked wrong. One was still 'mooing' on the plate despite the request for medium to well. And the other medium to well looked like it was taken straight from Glasnevin crematorium. 2/10
Chips were thrown on the plate, Mc Donald's serve warmer and fresher. Freezing, sitting a good while. Peppercorn sauce was like a thick milkshake. And luke warm. 1/10
Ah then comes the profiteroles, looked like sun stroked prunes. And the sauce. Both freezing. I explained to the waitress that the sauce was cold, without an apology she looked at me like I stole her last peanut m&m, asked will she get me another one. 0/10
And then we ordered another drink. Before the first sip was taken, in the distance the manager, had the red laser dot on our heads. Time was ticking. He approaches, and informs us that he'd need the table back shortly.
When I conversed politely with him on this and the fact that we'd only been seated for 67 minutes, he kindly donated another few minutes the time that was already mine. That said, he handed me the receipt 🙄
To top it off, we couldn't hear each other during our '3 course meal' as the music was so loud, in-between the waitress demanding the entire restaurants attention so we could all stop and sing happy birthday to someone we don't know, cringely.🤢
Safe to say, we won't be back. Food poor, service shocking, ambience awful. Most definitely won't be back. 2025 ruined so far! Dry January ruined as I went back on the drink when I got home.
