   The food was great and the experience was great, for half of the time we were there. Service was great at first... but halfway through the dinner, the service slowed to a halt. Our drinks were not refilled, and I tried several times to order another drink but could never get the server. The meat service stopped completely, and we had to go ask for more. The list of meats on the menu is a fraction of what was offered. Almost an hour before closing, they were already shutting down. I spent $500 and regret it, but it was a special occasion and will only happen once.

   When you go to Brazilian, you expect all the meats to be served. That was not the case. I specifically ask for the short ribs or beef ribs and they had said there were none. That’s unacceptable to me. Also, the flank steak was tough and didn’t taste good. For the price and lack of choices, I will not be returning to this particular Brazilian bbq as I’ve enjoyed many, but this was one of the worst.

   Mariah our server was amazing made everything feel very special for my partners birthday. Great staff and service. Loved the meats and the salad bar of yummy things.

   Great food and great service. Only thing I would suggest is maybe more variety in the meat. Other Brazilian grills, we’ve had the opportunity to try things we have never tried before. Our favorite being Japanese wild boar. Also, bring out the grilled shrimp more! Super yummy !

   Overall the food was great. Our server didn’t come back around to the table and we had questions. He also said the drink was refillable and didn’t come around once to check in to get a refill.

   Overall the experience, food, service and ambiance was worth the value. However, the wait was far too long even with a reservation, and the entrance to the restaurant needs to be fine tuned due to a door that wouldn’t shut properly and the cold weather was almost unbearable. The waiting area needs more seating and the host/hostess needs to be present to receive guests and maintain a more orderly waiting space. There were three bartenders and I feel like they could have taken one out and placed them into a host/hostess position or used for resetting tables?

   Chaotic experience began at check in with me being told that I may have up to 1 hour wait to be seated despite me arriving 5 minutes early to my reserved time. Makes a reservation pointless. The greet at the host/hostess stand was unprofessional because a gentleman approached, made eye contact with me and failed to greet or acknowledge me. Although the restaurant was busy it would have been professional to simply grab menus for the couple prior to me and kindly say "hi, we will be right with you". Guest acknowledgement isn't difficult. Then a hostess arrived and ranted to me about being tired and needing to catch a flight the following morning and hoping to get off work on time to get sleep but there is a liklihood she will not be able to sleep and she'd been at work over 9 hours. Just too deep for me. I just wanted to be greeted and sat at a table at my reserved time honestly. Plates were dirty at the clean plate stack at the bar. We had to ask for clean plates. The food was slightly good, more like just ok. This feedback is comparable to other Brazilian Steakhouses. The interior of the restaurant is visually mediocre, nothing special to look at. Looks old and dated.

    This was our first time at Boiada Brazilian Grill! Things appeared a bit hectic when we first came in with people lined up to the door. It was Valentine's Day so that was somewhat understandable. We weren't seated at the time of our reservation, but the staff worked expeditiously to get us our table. We met our server and were helped by other staff members along the way which made up for the little visitation we received from our initial server we met. But, it was busy so, again understandable. Julio was especially welcoming and was really the only staff member to engage in conversation with us. Overall, it was a fun new experience for us, but now we know maybe not to come on a holiday or day that's so busy.
