   Our server Samuel was fabulous. Drinks were great, prime Rib was excellent as was the puffed corn casserole. Brussels sprouts were a little hard. Overall we loved it. Ambience and decor were wonderful.

   The Bon Ton never disappoints. From the jumbo lump crab meat salad, onion rings and fillet everything was done to perfection and was absolutely delicious. I love the old school clubby atmosphere. Already looking forward to my next dinner there.

   We booked it here for the prime rib. I was a bit disappointed as it was overcooked for medium rare and was a bit dry. The salt crust was unnecessary. Sides were very good, iceberg wedge terrific as was our server, Tiffany.

   We had a great experience at Bon Ton. The staff were awesome and a lot of fun. They put forth the effort to see what we ordered the time before to make our visit so much better. The Old Fashion was the best we’ve ever had. We plan on being back In December!

   Excellent food and exceptional service. The prime rib was amazingly tender and the steak fries were pleasantly crisp. Get the hand made ice cream sundae mixed and served table side. Will be back

    We celebrated my sister’s birthday at Bon Ton Prime Rib with a small group of four, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the service, food, and atmosphere exceeded all expectations. Our server, Brooke, was OUTSTANDING. Despite juggling multiple tables, she was incredibly observant and made us feel like we were her top priority all night. Her timing, attention to detail, and warm personality truly enhanced our celebration. We kicked off the evening with all three Cajun starters, each one was a hit! The bacon was cooked to perfection, the oysters were packed with flavor, and the BBQ shrimp (our favorite) came with a sauce so perfectly spiced we were wiping the bowl clean with the bread. For entrees, we ordered the Cajun steak and crab cakes, and let me tell you, that crab cake might be one of the best any of us have ever had. We were genuinely upset we didn’t order a second plate to share! For sides, the cheesy mashed potatoes, broccoli, and crawfish mac and cheese were all outstanding rich, flavorful, and comforting. A special shout-out to the amazing bartender (whose name I wish we had gotten). She crafted each cocktail with care and even made sure we were taken care of at our table. You could truly taste the love in every drink. Even on a busy night, the service never faltered. Everything came out at the perfect time, and nothing was overlooked. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate. Thank you to everyone at Bon Ton Prime Rib for making my sister’s birthday so special — we’ll definitely be back!
