I have been to Botica a few times and it is consistently outstanding. There are Mexican taco places around town that are mainly mediocre, but Chef Mimmo’s passion for cooking elevates Botica above them. Our cocktails to start were all excellent. The guacamole was prepared like it is supposed to be. The chicken empanadas were crispy flakey on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside. The burrata with pesto and toast was delicious. We had a variety of tacos. The crispy salmon is has the right combo of flavor and texture. The lamb is seasoned right and tender, clearly cooked for a long time the ways it is supposed to. The grilled shrimp taco was overflowing with shrimp, which were not overcooked as many places to. It’s a fun atmosphere, great bar. We stopped her on the way to the Fox. I highly recommend Botica to anyone who wants great eats in a fun setting.

There is an automatic 20% gratuity added to every bill, which I don't care about. However, the staff here clearly weren't working for tips or for our repeat business. We were the ONLY table on the patio and the service was completely lacking and un-apologetic. If you're looking for a nice outdoor space to spend a few hours watching a game - this is a great spot. But, don't look for anyone to take your order or keep the drinks flowing - they might come by once or twice during your visit.

Botica has excellent customer service. The food and drinks are amazing. The manager Chi Chi has a great personality and he is overall just a nice guy. The staff are all friendly and welcoming.

The staff at Botica made sure that my husband enjoyed his birthday. All of our guests loved their food and had a great experience. We will definitely go back.

Food portions used to be a differentiator but based on a recent visit that seems to have a changed. Server was very nice but not very attentive. For how unbusy it was we waited a long time for everything from food order to food delivery (very long) to just getting a chance to ask for the check. Had been a go-to place but based on this visit it has forced itself out of rotation. Was not expecting this.
