BOUCHERIE is a traditional French brasserie and steakhouse, celebrating Joie de Vivre. The restaurant prepares a menu of French classics and timeless bistro favorites, in addition to the dry-aged steaks. In addition to an extensive wine list and classic drinks, a beverage program that boasts an inspired menu of absinthe-driven signature cocktails. Surrounded by walls of majestic wooden-framed mirrors and original Belle Époque posters, seating at our Union square location varies among pristine white marble and wood bistro tables, cozy burgundy leather booths, a 32ft. handmade pewter bar, and an option for a 40-guest private room, to make the 222-seat restaurant feel timeless.

Fantastic French cafe! Loved the look and feel of the place. Traditional cafe chairs are not my favorite but I didn’t mind because the food and overall experience was great.

I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the experience. This restaurant is as close to an authentic Parisian brasserie as you will find outside of France. They had a great and reasonably priced wine list. The restaurant was very noisy but with a great vibe.

Unfortunately we waited 20 mins before a waiter came by and we needed to ask for one. Food took 45 mins after apps to arrive. Main course arrived and we still missed one of the main courses from our guest. Everyone was almost finished when he was served. I had to take mine to go because it took so long to serve.
