   Redemption. I have dined here in the past and gave it another try. The wagyu steak on a stone is consistently excellent. When I last dined here I had the NY strip. The steak was grisly, overcooked (medium instead of medium rare) & disappointing. My coworkers all had the filet which looked delicious. I decided to order the 10oz & my wife had the smaller portion. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted delectable. The truffle fries, pork belly, asparagus & Brussels sprouts are excellent. The creamed spinach was more like a dip than creamy. Good place overall.

   Very cold! Restaurant had a/c on when it was already freezing outside. When asked to move to a warmer area, they just sat us 2 tables down under another vent blowing cold air. Customer had a baby hollering for literally 15 mins and no one asked her to step away or to the restroom to quiet the baby down. Made for an unpleasant & chaotic ambiance. Calamari was not good. It tasted like soft steak fries and were not crispy at all. I would not recommend.

   My fiance and I had a wonderful experience here last night , the staff was soo accommodating and friendly. The ambiance was amazing and the food was incredible! We will definitely be returning. Thank you all for being wonderful hosts.

   The service was great and the reputation was high. The bourbon menu was excellent. The food was hit and miss. While the seabass was excellent but the pork chop was a bit overcooked. The shrimp cocktail at $10 per shrimp overpriced for what you get. The sides were a bit bland, including the crab mashed.

   We come into Scottsdale a few times a year but the one place we never miss is Bourbon and Bones. We always request Brad as our server and he never misses on menu suggestions or bourbon choices. This place is a must for anyone that likes steak and bourbon.

   Expensive, yes. Worth every penny. Get the flambe preparation for your steak. Just do it.

   Found this restaurant to be underwhelming and not on par with other Scottsdale steakhouses. Server was short with us, house special cut was delivered raw and even after being sent back remained undercooked. Sides and desserts were all unremarkable. Won’t be returning.

    $71 for two old fashions is ridiculous and the highest I’ve ever paid. Ambience is sub par with all the options Scottsdale has to offer. Our Ribeye and Creamed Spinach however was very good. Server was very knowledgeable but it would have been nice to have been told some ancillary charges that were on our bill regarding our drinks and the flambeau charges. $220 before tip is too steep to be commanding based on overall experience for two people.
