The Bourbon Grill, located at the site of the former Steaksmith, is a local favorite: famous for an unbeatable Happy Hour (3pm-6pm every day), mouthwatering desserts, and steaks and seafood with a New Mexico twist. Arrived at our scheduled booking time. Waited at our table for 15 minutes without a server. I asked a server who had passed our table several times where our server was and could we order. He never came back so we finally left. Last time we came the steak was almost raw and other food pretty bad. Several years ago this place was pretty good. Now it is a disaster. We keep going back occasionally to try again since it's close to us but I'm done with Bourbon now.

Service was little slow at first but once we found our waitress, she was amazing! Food was very good and very reasonably priced! Cocktails were delicious!

We always enjoy Bourbon Grill. It's our go-to place. The food is excellent, not fancy, but always great. The fish and chips and burgers are wonderful. The steaks are great and the salmon is cooked perfectly. It's a local neighborhood gem.

Overall my experiences as great. The food was delicious and our server was kind. However, the sun was coming through the window, and unfortunately there was a table sitting with people near the window, and the service team was unable to close the certain. The Sun coming through bothered our table.

3.5 stars. Service prompt and friendly. Maybe too prompt. Cocktails, appetizers and salads all came at once. Steaks were fine, not great. Very casual.

Food was great and the atmosphere non-touristy. Sat outside on the patio, locals came with their dogs and we watched the sunset all the way down to the mountains in the west. Loved the local feel.

Entrees were small/ we were forgotton about a few times as far as refills appitizers go and it was NOT busy at all!! The food was not as tasty as it used to be... my meat was not cooked as i ordred it!! good luck if you like medium or rare meat
