You shouldn't rate the restaurant with 2 €€, but with 4. It is expensive.

I’ve been there many times and it’s a beautiful restaurant. It was a little disappointing yesterday as it was our anniversary and they kind of missed the mark in several ways. The manager, I don’t know her name, tried to make it right and I appreciate that, but it was overall disappointing. Order was brought over incorrectly, something on our bill that we didn’t order, meal was sent back to order something else because They made an error which happens. My husband was pretty much done with his meal before mine got brought out, so I just took it home.

The restaurant environment was more like eating in a cafeteria than a fine restaurant. The final bill was difficult to interpret and really made no sense. My intent was to take my family for a memorable over the top Christmas meal. The final bill was the only thing "over the top" I don't see how the place stays in business. I will never go back or take any future business too that place.

I was very disappointed with the experience at Bourbon Steak this year. It did not advertise that it was a prefix menu, the year before it was not. The service was not particularly attentive, and the quality of the food was fair at best. The Caesar salad was very salty! Overall not the experience we had the previous year!

This was the fixed-price Christmas dinner. Everything was very good, but nothing was outstanding. We definitely got a huge meal, with many sides in addition to the 3 official courses. For $190 per person, tho, I expected some outstanding dishes, and these fell a bit short of that. I was also disappointed that some of the dishes listed on the website’s Christmas menu were not offered, including 2 we were looking forward to. It was a good value for $90 per person, but not $190.

Food and wine selection was amazing. The petite filet was melt in your mouth delicious as were all the side options we ordered. Service was suprisingly sub-par although the sommelier was wonderfully attentive. It’s expensive but worth it.
