   They way over cooked our steak and for the prices they are charging that shouldn't happen, also the service was crazy slow we were sat down for 25 minutes before we got our first drink. There are better steakhouse for the money.

   Atmosphere - Ideal fine dining atmosphere. Dimly lit with comfortable chatter surrounding. Food - Perfect. I ordered a Grilled Caesar to start - warning: this is REAL caesar dressing, the anchovies will come through on every bite - it was delicious. For the entree I tried the Tomahawk Steak, it was cooked beautifully and I was able to savor each bite. Service - Amazing. Our waitress was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable on the entire menu and her suggestions alone assisted in elevating the experience. Overall - I would recommend Bowdie’s for a date night or simply a fun night out with good friends. Top to bottom this was a great experience that was well worth the price.

   Our dinner was delicious as usual! My husband had the cowboy ribeye and it was perfectly prepared to his liking! I had the blackened Cajun swordfish and it was so good! Lydia was our server and she was wonderful and very sweet!

    Bowdies is one of our favorite restaurants. We had never had a disappointing experience until last night. One member of our party ordered halibut. In a word it was inedible. The fish could barely be cut with a knife and our friend described it as “cardboard”. How this meal was allowed to even leave the kitchen is baffling. We did let our server know and she handled the situation very well, so I have no complaint whatsoever about her (Liz), and we would gladly have her as our server about. Also, the restaurant manager came by. He comped the meal and offered to bring something else. He was very apologetic and tried very hard to make it right. I’m hoping this is a teaching moment for someone. This was an isolated incident and we will be back, but in a restaurant of this caliber and these prices, this should be in what we call in medicine a “never event”.
