   Always good food and service. Only blemish was a communication mix-up with a waiter. I ordered an expressor Martini and a ginger beer. He asked what table we were on and said he'd bring it over. I thought the delivery would be both drinks, but I had to go back to the bar to collect me drink which had been sitting there for abut 5 minutes, melting.

   Was actually eye good. We went here around 3 years ago and swore never to go again but they have definitely lifted their game. We will definitely be going back as it is so close to our house. Great food and great service. All staff were very friendly as well. Well done BRT.

   Staff, food and everything was great! They were also kind putting up with our kid smashing a glass and handled me well when I got a bit tipsy (sorry guys). Would 10/10 recommend.

    So sad to provide this feedback, this venue was once a vibrant, engaging, friendly venue. Last night the food, service and staff let it down. There does not seem to be the care and consideration anymore. When we asked the waitress delivery our child’s meal if the entree was coming she told us to ask the kitchen ourselves. Our main came out whilst we were eating our entree which I mention to the waitress, she still put our mains down and left. The cocktail bar Phoenix is closed. Such a disappointing evening.
