The manager Jillian was full of empathy and understanding about parents frustration over them running out of eggs for the egg hunt for easter. She listened attentatively and made solutions to make the children happy therefore making the parents happy! She is an AMAZING manager! My food also came out cold (it was busy for them on easter) and I expressed my disappointment to Julian and she said the food was on her! I'm not telling so that people can try to get over her but to show that she is all about customer service and the happiness of her customers!! My waiter John was also amazing and attentive and also moved with empathy and understanding about the frustration for me for my first visit there and he stayed as pleasant as possible. Jillian and John made lemonade from lemons and made sure it turned out an enjoyable experience in the end!! I will come back because of them and I would highly recommend the venue!

Came to sit outside but the park was shut down 2 hours ahead of an event so we were not able to. We went on the website before arriving as well and this was not made clear. We ended up sitting inside next door but this was not what we really wanted.

We were told we can’t order the specials for 30 minutes and that our food would take 45 minutes because they are busy. So we rushed to order wings and fries to share and it showed up in 5 minutes. Fries were undercooked and not very good. $60 and food was fair.

A great brunch experience. Terrific food and drinks available. Three different dining options: Indoor, Covered Patio, or Outdoor Park. Both Brunch menu and Full menu available. Our server, Lucille, was the best. Highly recommend!

Drinks took a long time to arrive to the table. Food took over an hour to arrive and 20% automatic charge for barely any service. No server came to give updates, apologize for wait, or comp anything.

Service is terrible. We waited more than 2 hours for our food and gave up. We weren't alone. The park lets in way too many people and the kitchen/bar just can't keep up. Music is good and venue is nice....but eat first and pregame. otherwise you'll end up hangry and leave to go find food and drink.

Friday (4/18) was a great evening to be outside. Apparently many other people had the same thought and flocked to the park. If we were just were there for the music, it would have been a win. However, with the surge of customers the restaurant had to pause taking orders as they were behind. Initially we were told 45 minutes for pizza. We ordered drinks - took about 45 mins to get those, and when we tried to order food using the app, the food ordering component was turned off. We flagged a staff member and was told the kitchen was behind. Luckily (?) we ordered an appetizer before the cutoff. After at least 1 hour we received our meat tray and told the kitchen was backed up (again/still) and it would be one more hour for our meals. An hour after that we were told our meals would be another hour. The staff were apologetic- and I get that this was out of their control. We were offered a bowl of waffle fries for 6 people at the end of 2 hours. That just didn’t cut it. Having a 78 year old diabetic with us, we had to go. It was 9:30! My husband and I will be back as we enjoy the outside seating and music. The rest of my family, however, will likely not be as open to the idea.

Slow service. Took 35 minutes to get our first drinks. 45 minutes after received our appetizer. 30 minutes later the pizzas and number of other items were not on the menu. Every order (either drinks or food) was painstakingly slow.

Brambly Park is a very busy spot on a Friday night, so be forewarned. We dined on the covered patio since the Park was booked up. It was super hot on the covered patio and they didn't have the fans on. With the sun going down, it was hitting at just the right angle. The food was tasty, but took a very long time for it to arrive. It was also pretty pricey for our group of 5. After dinner, we ventured out to the Park for a little bit, but it was so packed with peopla and children running around everywhere that even my children were not having any fun. My one kiddo wanted to play corn hole and was unable to because children were just loose climbing on the boards, not even attempting to play the game. He got frustrated and just gave up on trying to play. I'm sure if we came at a less busy time than a nice Friday night we'd have a better experience. We'll definitely give it a try again when we visit the Richmond area again.

Great for a large group. Big menu but everything except the crab fries (undercooked fries) were excellent. Good drink selection and great venue when you have a mix of kids and ages in tow!
