   My experience was good. The prices are a little on the higher side. Went on a Sunday for the brunch. I had the Chili Chicken Biscuit it was delicious! The was definitely worth the price. The fries are a nice size as well. The French toast sticks were pretty basic. My mojito was soooo good! Overall good experience.

   I've been there before. The food was really good so I wanted to try it again so I went back with a friend. The food is still really good. The service is awful horrible. One of the worst service I've ever been. It took too long to get your food. To food to cook about 30 to 40 minutes to get. And it was not enough people in there for that.

   Brandon's Bistro is amazing place for brunch. The food was well prepared and delicious. Upon arriving the staff was friendly and very inviting. The restaurant was busy and the staff managed the brunch crowd with ease. I ordered the fish and grits 10/10. Also, for a treat we order the French Toast with Peach Compote and it did not disappoint. Plan to visit in the future for dinner to check out those options. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the host. The atmosphere is very friendly, the staff is attentive and very helpful. We ordered a variety of food and drinks. Everything was so flavorful and made to order. The food came out hot and delicious. Will be back again and again. Highly recommend!!

   Loved everything about this restaurant. Recommended by a friend and it was worth the drive. Food and drinks were good, wait staff was very attentive and the ambiance was welcoming. 10/10 will definitely be back

   We had reservations, seated fast, but they gave us a wobbly table, didn’t apologize and were hesitant to reseat us even though the table looked like it was going to give out. Food was average. Coffee tastes like a rubber band. They serve the creamer and all the dressings in a sugar packet holder which could not be sanitary. The waitress was nice but hostess was stank. We will not be going back. It did not live up to the hype.

I want to assure you that we serve in ramekins; not in a sugar packet holder and these are washed and sanitized after every guest use.    The police fries that she gave me were cold but she did go back and get me some hot french fries. She gave me the check and she did not say that there was a 20% service charge, but they also asked for a tip which I tipped at 18%, which I do not think is fair all customers should be warned That is a 20% service charge. It’s gonna be put on your check before asking for a tip.

We are further saddened to hear that you didn't feel you were treated fairly. Be assured that the service charge is highlighted in multiple places on our menu. Tips, while appreciated are completely optional. We also deliver the receipt that itemizes the service charge prior to your tipping. We do thank you for your feedback and will look to be better.     The food is beyond delicious. I had the Oxtail and Grits and the French Toast. Best Oxtail and French Toast I've ever had. Very Delicious. Out server Kenny also gave us Exceptional service and anticipated what we needed before we even asked.
