   Great central location, friendly staff, good food priced reasonably. Courgette fritte escellent, as was teriyaki salmon.

   Went for my birthday meal on a Saturday night. Service was faultless, variety of food for everyone to choose, gorgeous ambiance and atmosphere.

   From the welcome downstairs from the doorman, the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious.

   First time visit I felt it was good but left a bit disappointed. First off, staff are not very welcoming considering you are in Selfridges, you would expect first class service. We must have had some new recruit who looked like he should be taking his GSCSE's. Starters were lovely, i chose the Chicken Milanese which was covered in salad to high a very tired and over cooked chicken in over fried breadcrumbs. MY wife enjoyed hers. We ordered coffees, one came with more coffee in the saucer the cup, I had to point this out to the server. If I were his manager i would have sacked him there and then for not knowing what is acceptable and what is not. I don't normally complain, I like the restaurant, I think I could of chosen better for a main course, maybe my bad, but for a restaurant in a top london store I expect better service and more " show " and presentation considering where i am dining. Especially at the prices they are charging you expect more for your buck

    Very surprised to see how slow the service was tonight, 42 mins to get our pornstar martinis and 45mins to get our whispering angels bottle, food arrived 50mins later, crab salad was too fishy and dangerously filled with shells, curry prawns was bland and side rice was overcooked almost soaked in water. Cocktails were very eggy and overpowering with vanilla, bottle of wine was room temperature. Not a good night at all.
