    A lovely restaurant with a lovely setting however as one of the only vegan options on the menu, the Pumpkin tortelloni really needs to be bigger. Please take this into account.

    The food and atmosphere was amazing! But the staff made our visit! My mother was in a wheelchair and they literally couldn’t do enough to help us. It was our first visit and was lovely. I was just driving home from central London thinking about the staff. A big thank you and they deserve a mention!

    Very slow service, we had to ask 3 times for our drinks on 2 seperate occasions. Our pasta dishes were small and cold. An amazing location and venue though, really buzzy

    Your front of house staff have an attitude Our table was not ready on time and cx we were told to wait. Nobody suggested we take a seat at the bar. We were just left to get in with it Serving staff had no idea what the cocktails were like or n MM ade any suggestions what would be suitable off of the cocktail menu There was a leak on the floor of ladies toilets and I almost slipped in the marble floor. I told the attendant and she ignored me. Your standards have dropped immensely service wise. Food still very good. Drinks very Stingey. My glass of Prosecco was literally half full and it was a small glass

    It was a birthday celebration for me and family. Table was booked for 6.15. We were told table wasn’t ready in the end after asking various times we were seated by 6.50. The table was a two hour allocation. Food was great. Service good but slow. We had a very nice evening in the r d they gave us desserts and coffee on the house and a small cake with a candle for my birthday. The evening would have been more enjoyable if it wasn’t for the delay with the table

    It’s a nice place, but the music is very loud to have a normal conversation without developing a headache. It was nice that they are relaxed with time and didn’t nag to have the table back. Thank you

    Very poor front of house , almost to the point of being rude, when we arrived 15 mins early. Bar staff also rude and argumentative, would not serve my disabled sister with a drink as she was not sitting on a bar stool at the Fount Bar. The serving staff were the saving grace of the afternoon by being very pleasant and helpful. Having had a very disappointing start to an afternoon which should have been a celebration I would not recommend this venue to anyone.
