   Horrible service. We waited so long for everything. Waiter did not come to table once I joined the other person for at least 10 minutes. And did not bring my iced tea I ordered with the meal until I was almost done my lunch.

   The restaurant had a nice cozy atmosphere… the service was very good, waiter was very attentive. We were a party of 7 and the food came quickly and hot, just the way we want it!

   Unfortunately, this will be our last visit at this establishment. There is clearly a problem with management and you can see it trickle down throughout your whole visit right down to the sticky floors in the restroom with the dirty corners. Poor waitress was overwhelmed and not trained properly and she knew I felt very sorry for. This is no reflection of her whatsoever and I’m going to leave her out so there’s no retribution. For game day at OSU and to be able to get a table at any time for any amount of people while the restaurant down the street is unavailable for hours tells you all you need to know. We had six in our group and could’ve eaten at any time after the game up until 9 PM walking right in. This should not happen at Ohio State on campus right after a game! Service was slow , food was cold once it arrived to us. They got my order wrong, the wait time to receive items ordered was past acceptable. Drinks were less than stellar and tasted like street lemon juice. Worst experience I’ve ever had a Bravo. Corporate needs to take a very close look at how this store operates and how their management functions because clearly management is not functioning! Our poor waitress should’ve had back up from another server or the manager, and that was not seen. Ambience was a bit off as well. We will not be returning. The only reason I gave it two stars because the food was acceptable and edible although it was cold. With our waitress being as busy as she was, they should have had a runner running out the food or the manager should’ve brought it out themselves. The manager could also stop and bus empty tables going back to the kitchen. I could go on and on, but I’ll stop

   My lasagna was delicious as always. Tried the spinach dip with the amazing wood fired crisps. Chicken marsala dinner was unfortunately served cold. Vegetables were bland!

   Table cloths all wrinkled, some tables had no tablecloths and several tables not bussed. Not typical Bravo standards. Server friendly and attentive.

   Food is good but not not a good value for the price. Service was extremely slow ate every stage of the meal due to understaffing. Nice dining environment. App did not work for points.

   Two Pastas with Alfredo sauce dishes were underwhelming. Alfredo sauce had no taste (thank goodness for the cheese). Pork chop was nice and thick but has a weird texture and an almost nonexistent taste. Service was excellent.

    Food was delicious. Service was fantastic. The only drawback was the noise level. There are no acoustical tiles so sounds from every conversation can be heard. It’s very loud in the restaurant.
