    We booked a table for 7:30 but they couldn’t seat us till 8:00. Kids were hungry and irritable waiting. The bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper - had clearly not been attended to in a while. They just seemed understaffed and overrun. We waited at least 10 minutes just for them to bring water to the table. Food and service after the initial frustrating wait were fine but not amazing. Won’t be rushing back.

    I have been here one or two other times when it was less busy and it was fairly decent however, this last time was awful. We had a reservation at seven. We did not get sat until 720. The lobby was entirely packed with people. It was really like nowhere to go. The host stand was not super communicative once you checked in where you were at in line kind of thing. We were sat. Our server was very nice. It took a very long time for our bar drinks to come out. Then the fire alarm went off five separate times, resulting in the fire department showing up. They finally silenced the alarm, but then never stop the flashing lights from the alarms. They literally lasted until we left. And then it seems like service just completely fell apart because it literally took us almost an hour to get our entrées. We actually told our server to cancel them and then all of a sudden they showed up to the table so we decided to keep them, but it felt like they had probably been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. We were definitely disappointed in this. Our server was trying her best to make the situation better but we did not get to speak to a manager or nothing was done about our bills.  I’m not normally want to pick up a fuss and want something done about my bill, but it was absolutely ridiculous. How long we had to wait for our food I knew they were having a hard time back there, but someone should’ve at least come and spoken to the tables.

    I had Shrimp Diabolo, the past was tasty, but the shrimp was farm raised. N.Carolina has excellent wild caught shrimp. I think that would have made a perfect score if they had used wild caught. My friend had spaghetti Bolognese, and found it to be quite good.

    Great server and didn’t wait too long for food. I think you should be able to order smaller lunch portion of lasagna anytime, for those with smaller appetites. Couldn’t order coffee because out of filters.

    Bravos isn’t the same as it use to be. I always get the pomodori with mozzarella and one time they gave me the dish in the lasagna bowl the next time get a small bowl. It took forever for our waiter to come. You can tell they are not staffed during the week by how long it took our waiter to come to us to get our drink orders. They sat us in an area with no heat circulation but it was snowing outside. we were there to celebrate a birthday and overall we had to make sure she had a good time outside of the restaurant because of our experience. Food had no flavor literally had to put salt on every bite. One of my guest had to send her meal back because it had 0 flavor. Chocolate lava cake is supposed to be melting at the cut solid. Not a good experience

    We made reservations for 6:45. My husband checked in while I parked the car. The 2 handicap spaces were taken, so I had to drop him off with his mobility scooter. He gave a young man at the reception desk our name and we began the wait with a large crowd of others. A woman came and took over the desk. She told the crowd there would be a 15 minute wait, because they were short staffed. After 30 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be since we had reservations. She looked at my reservation and said we had not checked in. The young man my husband talked to did not bother to check us in! So, eventually we were seated. Bravo did nothing to compensate us for the extra inconvenience. Very disappointing!

    The kitchen was incredibly slow and the servers were overwhelmed doing damage control. It was evident some of our plates had been done for a while and just kept under the heat lamps. Food was mediocre. Not worth the almost 2 hour wait for basic menu items. The reason was their pasta station was backed uo- something an Italian restaurant should be proactive with??? Management felt compelled to discount $25 off of a $100 tab even thought we didn't ask for that. Appreciated the gesture but unlikely to get a return visit. Servers did the best they could....

    Arrived to an empty restaurant at 5:50. Res at 6:15. Was told to wait until our reservation time. Sat at 6:30. Children's food was brought to the table around 8pm. Wife and I's meal at 8:30. Food quality is great, never an issue. The ownership group of this restaurant simply refuses to pay what the market demands for labor to run this restaurant. The employees that were working this evening did the best with what they had, which was about 30% of the needed employees. TLDR speed of service horrid due to management understaffing
