Serving up an Asian-inspired fusion menu, Breez Bistro Bar in Singapore has a fantastic location in the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy Hotel on East Coast Road in Katong. For a light bite, enjoy a cocktail and one of the appetisers or smaller plates whilst taking in the great view of the pool. There are plenty more hearty food options that are prepared in the Halal-certified kitchen, like the T-bone steak, while other main dishes are divided by hotplate, stew pot, stewpot and wok cooked categories. The bistro is modern and the service is top. All this makes for a cosy stay that you won’t want to leave at the Breez Bistro Bar.
