A beautiful, locally owned restaurant located in downtown New Buffalo, Michigan; Brewster’s New Buffalo puts a modern twist on traditional Italian fare. Our Chef uses a wide variety of fresh, innovative ingredients to create dishes. Our sommelier and bar manager take pride in curating the finest selection of liquor, beer and wine, including wonderful locally and Michigan made specialties.

Love Brewsters and have been going for over 20 years. Service was not great tonight, waiter never refilled water glasses. After I got the check I asked for more water, shouldn't have to do that.

Another very nice evening as everything went well. The charcuterie board was very nice as was the roasted garlic and chevre. A great combination. The Bolognese was much better than expected, and will be a go to in the future. The Shrimp alfredo was also quite good. We are lasagna fans, but were somewhat underwhelmed with the offering, especially given the price. Overall, we truly love this place, and truly appreciate the host and server this evening as both were fantastic and made my 94 year old mother very, very happy. And when she's happy, the world is happy! Thanks.

We had a wonderful experience at Brewsters …the food was great and prices for the food was reasonable…our waitress “sweet Caroline “ was excellent …very efficient, warm and friendly . We had a very nice experience…thank you Brewsters for being a class A restaurant

Always lovely to dine at Brewster’s. The food, the drinks, the service is always top notch. Whether in the mood for pasta pizza salad etc it’s always soooo good. Our favorite spot in New Buffalo
