Brick and Brine is located on the 1st floor of the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Downtown Kalamazoo. Our restaurant is right off of the Kalamazoo Mall past Old Burdick's Bar & Grill.

    I attend Brick and Brine often for birthday celebrations, anniversary’s and just a fun date night out. Unfortunately, my experience this last visit was suboptimal. I had brought three friends along to celebrate a birthday. Two of the guests ordered burgers medium well and medium and not one but both burgers came completely raw. I know this can happen sometimes but there was nothing done to make this right expect bring the burgers back 25 mine later recooked. And it wasn’t just one burger it was both. The burgers were not taken off the bill either. As I said earlier, we were celebrating a birthday and a birthday celebration dessert was not brought and this is a tradition at Brick and Brine as I’ve recently went there for my birthday and my daughters and saw this happening at the restaurant the entire night. After speaking with the manager about the experience all he had to say was “I’m sorry.” There was nothing done to make this right. Highly dissatisfied with how the entire situation was handled and will not be going back. Do better please.

    We have been dining at Brick + Brine for about 5 years (including when it operated under a different name). Always excellent cuisine and outstanding service.

    We were sat with our reservation right away. Our server Nick was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and very on top of things. The food was perfect and so good! Can’t wait to go back!

    The restaurant, including food, service, and ambiance were superb. However, the seating was undesirable; we we placed in a two-seater next to a cold wall. We had to request another seating option which everyone was quite accommodating. 👌🏾

    Our waiter was great! The wait staff and hosts definitely know how to make you feel cared for and attended to. The food was not as good as I remembered it. We ordered the fried chicken, which had been amazing the first time we tried it, and was just OK tonight.

    Food, drinks, and ambience were outstanding. Prices for specials were not obvious and not clearly advertised for 1 vs 2 people, which led to a surprise on the bill.

    Excellent service from Sarah and delicious food! Great place for our anniversary dinner, will recommend and go again if we are in Kalamazoo in the future.

    Overall our experience was very pleasant. Food was great and was in a good sized portion for the price. We went around 9:15pm with reservations and only waited a few minutes.
