A true upscale and remarkable restaurant. Easily the best steak I’ve ever had. Not the cheapest place in town, but you can taste the difference. Not a place we’ll be able to dine at frequently, but we will definitely be back!

We are new to the area and we’re looking for a good, upscale steakhouse. We do not need to look any further. The menu is diverse with many selections to cover all preference’s. We started with the empanadas. They were perfectly cooked and very tasty. The BRINKLEY’S SIGNATURE 16 OZ DUCK FAT DELMONICO RIBEYE is the way to go. All of the steaks were good, but this was phenomenal. Full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The risotto was perfectly cooked. The loaded mashed potatoes were wonderful as well. We ended with the cheesecake. It was delightful. The wait staff and hostess were friendly and helpful. It is an experience well worth the price for a perfect steak dinner. Not an everyday restaurant, but we will be back.

Great place in a great area of North Augusta. Food was excellent and out server was just wonderful - very attentive and friendly. We will return when we are in that area.

We visited Brinkley’s chophouse for my boyfriend’s surprised birthday dinner. It was the perfect setting, and experience and we were very pleased to visit. The food ambiance was amazing and definitely delicious. We will be coming back soon !

The Swordfish special was amazing!! Delicious! The Australian Wagyu Filet Mignon was cooked Medium with a char. It was perfection and so tender!! Worth the splurge for a special night! The appetizer of seafood egg rolls was okay - probably wouldn’t order again. Wedge salad was good and easily divided between the 2 of us. And we split the Banana Split dessert. Our entrees were excellent!!
