   It’s our second time , and very probably the last one , we arrive and we order the 3 deal plates 25 per person and the waiter took our order ans 5 minutes later come back to tell us it’s not available ( when it’s advertised in ther page ) order the calamari ( as appetizer) 45 five minutes arrive swimming in oil , and our entrees 1hour 20 minutes , the managers was cooking and the the total restaurant feel so tense , ( OUR WAITER WAS AMAZING TRYING TO DO THE BEST ) but overall the experience was horrible this time , but I have to say our waiter was super friendly (even though under the stress he was ) … I hope they can get more cooks to work and make the environment more comfortable for other costumers !!!! They took the calamari from our ticket but still we didn’t enjoy the food or the restaurant sorry

   Very pleasant experience, comforting food & drink for the last day of 2024. Good service from server. Good value and tasty entrees and dessert.

   We started with drinks. My wife ordered a cosmopolitan and later another. Both seem weak with less than an ounce of alcohol. The bruschetta appetizer was good. The mushroom soup was excellent. The chopped salad was good but a little heavy on cucumbers and light on feta. My wife had the lasagna which was overcooked. My brio pasta was good but short on mushrooms. Overall it was a good meal but there is pretty of room for improvement

   Excellent service on a very busy Xmas evening. The kitchen also rose to the occasion admirably. Family situation required dining out and we are grateful that Brio was open

   Waited for more than 30 minutes although we booked the table. It’s noisy and the service was slow. Pasta was undercooked.

   We never got to eat. We had reservations for 5:15, we sat at 5:40, we order appetizers and we left at 6:40 with out eating. It was super busy on Christmas Day, maybe will try another day.

   Even though it was Xmas they should have been better staffed . The bar area was also dirty and restrooms neglected.

    we went here on Christmas Day. As there was not many restaurants open, we made reservations a month prior. It seems that they overbooked. The server advised us that to expect the food not to come out for at least 30 to 45 minutes. I’m glad she told us out ahead of time as we did not expect to be at that much of a wait. The service was good, but the food not so much probably because they were strained on resources note to self don’t go to restaurants on Christmas Day.
