   For the price of this restaurant I really expected more. My husband and I came here for a nice date night and decided to splurge on Brio’s. It all felt very rushed. Our waitress was not rude but also not friendly. It was just all very blah, just “do you know what you want to drink? It also took an extra long time to receive our food after our appetizer. The app came out at a reasonable amount of time but after that we waited at least another 30 minutes for our entree’s. My husband got the salmon entree and it was delicious. I got the Gorgonzola beef medallions and they were tasty but also tough. I really wanted to love this place but the experience was just kind of subpar.

   We were disappointed in the food. Service was good. The amount of food you get for the price is a lot also. It wasn’t like this before when we came. Maybe it was just an off night.

   Our time at Brio was great. Food was really good and our waitress was wonderful. We will be back.

   Overall wonderful evening and I would have preferred my steak prepared a little bit more medium well like I ordered rather than medium. But overall love Brio’s

   Requested Roses at our table when we arrived for Valentine & 41st Wedding Anniversary but no show on Flowers, glad I didn't mention them to my wife ahead of time.

   Typically we love dining here. We are locals. Although, our last experience was a nightmare. Our server Theresa was inattentive and all surrounding tables were complaining amongst one another about not getting service. Starting with the soups and salads being brought at the time of our steak, despite asking for them to arrive first. We immediately asked for more dressing from the runner (i realize it’s not his job but our server was not doing hers) and then waited 15 min before we saw our server again. Returning without dressing and the bottle of red wine we requested to have with our meal. Steak meanwhile getting cold and salad getting warm. Once she returned we asked at that point to get a new salad and steak and had to remind her about the bottle of wine. Salad was delivered shortly after by the manager Joe who did not express any concerns or apologies for all matters at hand only asked if that was enough extra dressing. Still no bottle of wine. The manager Joe did sit down with us (because we asked him to) although nothing was resolved and our concerns were disregarded. We were ignored the rest of the night by our server giving a “kill them with kindness attitude.” Very unhappy with our experience and will not return anytime soon!
