   Ordered coffee and it never came and was not asked if we wanted dessert. Other than that service was good. The server did go to the wrong table with our food.

   Horrible service waiting to just get beverages, 1 party ordered a mixed drink wanted in large glass came in short glass then brought a large Pepsi to mix herself that glass had a broken line down to bottom of glass took that back and brought another large glass of Pepsi to mix it together herself, should have to begin with taken original back and made right to begin with, ordered a appetizer took forever and right after receiving it all of salads and dinner came out at same time. Food was terrible overall!,,,, have had bad experiences there 3 different different times. Will never go back at all even if food was free. Need a whole makeover of management and staff period.

   We had a 7:15 reservation. We were told they were running behind when we got there and it would be 15 minutes. We sat down an hour after I asked to speak to the manager. The manager never showed. This is the worst-run restaurant I have ever been in. They said it was because they needed more help. They should have never taken all the reservations they took if they could not find help. There is a university 15 miles away, I can't believe they can't find help there. My guess is the manager is too sorry to go put up a flyer saying they are hiring. I am surprised Harrah's lets them operate a store in their casino/ It is not up to what you would expect from a casino with their standards.

   Service was ok but I don’t like the waitress only takes your order then someone else brings it and they don’t have clue on where it goes. My entree was cold to Luke warm….took it home to eat next day. I go an email from Brio’s advertising a 3 course dinner for $25 got there and the waitress and the COOK had no clue even after showing her the email of the 3 course meal offered.and showed her this location ( Cherokee,NC) was included but still no clue ! I was very disappointed and then after all that got a cold to Luke warm entree …. Very disappointing!

   We eat at this restaurant each visit to Cherokee. We have always enjoyed great food and service. This visit was a disaster! I spoke to the manager about my concerns and he made it right and allowed me to switch dishes. The new dish was delicious. We went back for lunch the next day. The food and service was excellent. Our server was Rudy. He provided better service there than we have had in over a year.

    My husband and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our celebration. Our waitress, Leslie was superb and very attentive. The food was excellent. The ambiance was great. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for a great dining experience.
