   Food was good, service was very good, but we had a wait of about 15 minutes for our 1st round of drinks. That’s a big NO-NO. Meanwhile, we drink water with our bread.

   This restaurant is cute and has a nice ambiance. However the service was a 0. We made a reservation for 5:45, we weren’t seated till 6pm. Took us 20 minutes to get our drinks which was a bottle of beer and iced teas. We kept having to waive down our waitress to get any service. Forgot our side salads with the meal so we just told them to not bring them out. Menus and dirty dishes sat on the table the whole dining experience. We ordered the truffle bread appetizer and the bread was hard as a rock. Only saving grace to this place was the pasta which was yummy. Will not return.

   Went there on Valentine’s Day. Our service was horrible! Luckily we didn’t have any place to be. Our reservation was at 5:30. We were seated at 6 and our meal came at 7:30. Our waiter forgot my alcoholic drink. Gave bill with no pen to sign. And my husband still tipped something! I wouldn’t have tipped at all!!!!!

   Our server Liz was exceptional. The food was fantastic but a bit overpriced for what we got. The scallops were so tiny is the shrimp and scallop risotto and we got only two pieces of shrimp. We did have to wait to be seated 15 minutes past our reservation time. The check in station had 3 young girls and I noticed their tone towards other guests checking in was a bit rude. I come here often and the food is always very good. I rated them 5 stars because of Liz

   We really enjoyed our dinner. We had a short wait to be seated which we didn’t understand as it looked like there were plenty of staff. Our waiter (Chris) was wonderful! We would like to have seen some gluten free appetizers on the menu but overall, really enjoyed our visit!

   We’ve gone to Brios for years and always enjoyed it. Not this time. We had reservations but they sat us in the bar for dinner. It was very loud and not the same atmosphere as the main room. I ordered an Italian margarita, I was served a yucky premade drink with a salt rim, not what I ordered. We asked to be moved to the main room. It seemed to upset the bartender who was our waiter. I think he came to out table 3 times. The food was bland and disappointing. The evening was not a good experience at all. The paper table top kept folding up and sticking to our arms. It was clean and a beautiful room. But between the unfriendly hostess and the irritated waiter we won’t be going back. Too many other good restaurants in town to waste our money here.
