   Food is mid at best. Service was bad, took 40 min to receive appetizers from time when we ordered. Much better Italian restaurants around.

   The service and the food are great location at irvine spectrum easy to get to from the parking structure. The only thing that I would complain about is if you’re trying to hold any kind of a meeting with anyone it’s a little loud otherwise it’s a great restaurant

   We went for any early dinner at 5:00 pm because we were attending a play in Laguna Beach. We wanted to take advantage of the $25 three course meal. Everything was very good and service was great. As the restaurant started filling up, it appeared that the waitress was forced to wait on too many tables without any help. She managed to keep up and had a very good attitude. I want to especially comment her for her professional behavior and making our evening pleasant. This happened on 1-15-25 since we didn't get the waitress' name.

   Overpriced and over sauced dishes. The scallops on the risotto were tiny and there were only 3 small shrimp. Overall not worth the price and not even close to traditional Italian

   I've been to Brio many times with friends and co-workers and always enjoyed my experience. I decided to take my family there in one of our rare eat out as a family nights and was pretty disappointed. The experience was very uninspiring and the food was not nearly as good as I remembered. We probably won't be back.

    Daniel our server was exceptional despite him running different tables and handling the bar duties as well. Truthfully we were wondering why we felt overlooked and realized they were under staffed. He acknowledged the challenges he had and actually took off our drinks. Food was on point as the kids ordered vodka pasta and the bolognese. We did have to be very patient as the kitchen was overwhelmed as well. The arriabata was decent but wouldn’t get it again. The lobster bisque was perfect and creamy. Definitely we kept asking for the fresh baked bread with the butter and a few friendly reminders with drink orders and refills. The one thing that needs immediate attention is both restrooms need a makeover. The mens had a broken not working faucet and the womens from reports were not nice and a disconnect from this nice restaurant. We will be back and appreciate Daniel hustling and grinding for us despite that he was all over covering different areas. He definitely deserves recognition for it.
