   -Not enough servers to cover the guests. Server team is understaffed. Takes too long to get food to table. -Food portions continue to shrink. -Price points too expensive for serving portions. Ordered Pasta Brio at $21.99 that normally comes with grilled chicken. I asked for substitution of shrimp. $9.99 up-charge for four shrimp. I complained. Then manager changed up-charge to $7.99 for four shrimp. Better to keep order for $21.99 with grilled chicken, then add $9.99 shrimp. -Joe is excellent , polite, experienced server who has weathered through all the Food & Beverage upheavals at Brio.

   Not a good experience. The food was overpriced and mediocre at best. The service was abysmal. I’m still wondering why I left a tip. Very disappointed.

   The only reason I have a 5 star is because my server was amazing. Food took forever to come out and when I got my food it was cold and had to wait another 20 min for my wife food to come out. 1st time I have ever had to wait so long for my food here and it wasn’t even that busy so not sure what was going on.

   We made a reservation for 6 and at the end another person added to an our party, the attendance lady help us move to another table without waiting a lot ! She made made my night ! Thanks that’s service !

   Our server was excellent and we really enjoyed our booth which was very comfortable. Everything we ordered was prepared well and tasted great. I found the pricing of appetizers and entrees to be excessive. Why lemon chicken is nearly $30 will remain a mystery.

    We were immediately seated but waited for awhile before the server came. The service from the beginning to end was just ordinary. I was expecting better service based on previous reviews from other customers and the price range of food. It was a disappointing dining experience. It was my first at Brio but I would not recommend this place to my friends.
