    The experience was terrible waited 20 minutes to get into a 30% occupied restaurant. We are both handicapped with limited mobility. My wife fell on the floor 8 ft from exit could no get up some patrons helped plus a Brio employee. Will not be back. Gestapo rules no compassion. D Franceschini

    The food was terrible. The restaurant carpet had a bad smell. We will never return. We did enjoy in the past. This restaurant has gone way downhill.

    They were out of just about everything we tried to order. The waiter was very nice but had come over from another restaurant to assist because they were so short staffed. This is poor leadership. I understand running out of 1 item or 2 but it was really an issue. Staffing and food ordering is leadership.

    We had a show to attend after dinner … our food never came out in more than an hour before we had to leave … so we left without eating … kept getting told that it is so busy before theater … then do not take so many reservations. And we ordered spaghetti, which is so simple to plate and serve
