    I have and will keep Brios as one of my favorite places but unfortunately, for whatever reason, it failed last night. Chicken meal with lemon sauce, no flavor, with side of spaghetti which also had that no flavor sauce plus the spaghetti was cold.very disappointed, so will give it a little time to correct the failures, I’m sure we were not the only ones disappointed.

    Our food was good, but service was absolutely terrible (our last visit a few months ago was also terrible service). We waited 15 minutes for anyone to approach the table when seated. Once we got drinks, we were never offered any drink refills (the waters and soft drinks were completely empty midway through our entree). We were planning to order dessert, but we sat at the table for 30 minutes after finishing our entree for our server to ever return to the table, so there was no way we were going to wait even more time for him to bring a dessert menu, take our order, bring a check etc. We spent two hours at this restaurant for a basic meal with 2 adults and 2 children. We will not return, even though this used to be my favorite restaurant.

    Really a tough night. There were 9 in our party and the restaurant reached out several times to confirm which I did. We were seated quickly but at a rectangular table and not the round one I requested. The kitchen and servers were out of synch throughout the evening as several times staff showed up with food that we never ordered. Once we did order, some peoples entree arrived moments after only receiving their salad or starter course. When I mentioned it, they simply stated that they serve as the ticket comes out??? NOT GOOD! Overall the food was pretty good but the service was an issue throughout.
