   The food was excellent. Service was slow, but of course it was New Year’s Eve! Overall a great experience.

   We were seated at arrival. Service was near flawless. All food arrived as requested. Pollo Al Forno Flatbread tasted great, and we all enjoyed the Strawberry Balsamic Chicken Salad. The Chicken Caprese was a good portion of two breasts, and Grilled Salmon Fresca was equally portion. Here is where the service went sideways. We asked for a second dish to split one of the entrees, and they brought an ice cold plate to put the hot food. We were unable to get the plate exchange. The cheesecake desert was very nice and rich, just way we like it.

   Let's start with WE LOVE BRIO and LOVE your food. This time our fettuccini was not good. We will not order that again. Also the Lasagna was different and less meat then prior and this is our fav dish. medallions good and tortellini very good. We will be back

   Brio never disappoints! My favorite is their Salmon Fresco dish, served with sweet potato, asparagus and red peppers with a balsamic glaze … it’s delicious and cooked perfectly every time. My family ordered a pasta dish and enjoyed it just as much! Great customer service, had the sweetest server! We’ll be back soon. ♥️

   The evening started out a little short on service in that an ordered drink of Tanqueray and tonic was unavailable as they were out of Tanqueray (early on a Fri evening) and we were told we could not substitute pasta for a garlic potatoes on a couple of different Italian chicken dishes. Once we settled in alternative drinks and dishes, we were pleased with the meal of calamari, lamb chops, sausage rigatoni arrabbiata and a steak salad, we were very pleased with the meal and the service.

   Unfortunately this time my experience with the food and service was not as good as before. The pork chops and salmon were way overcooked and very dry. I invited my clients to this dinner and I was disappointed with the food and attitude from the chef who came and kind of aggressively asked one of the guests what was wrong with food since he didn’t eat it. I am shocked how she handled situation. No one cleaned the table and we had to ask for water a couple times… I still left good tips because of Christmas. I will not be back and I will not bring nor my clients nor my friends to your place. So sad.

    Rosie was the best server!! Took our mom for Xmas dinner. Delicious Caesar salads and pasta. Seated quickly, not rushed and good service.
