   First I must say I will be back to brooklyn chop house. We was celebrating my daughter 15th birthday and it was wonderful. Our waiter Michael was great the service he provided to us awesome. It was definitely a vibe. The only one disappointment was the Philly cheese dumplings was not to my liking every other dish was very tasty

   I usually love the food and service and Brooklyn chop house but yesterday was a horrible experience it was my anniversary they gave us a horrible table then it was topped off with a waiter that was very rude never checked on us the food was horrible we had the salt and pepper shrimp it was very salty and dry we needed some type of sauce our waiter never came by last night was the last time we will ever go to this restaurant

   Everything was amazing! The food was great! Our waiter was great! We took nice pictures from the photographer! They made my boyfriend birthday a night to remember.

   We attended the Times Square restaurant by mistake but they were extremely helpful and moved our booking to them. The staff were fantastic and made this a memorable night for us. We would highly recommend them.

   My husband and I have been here before and was excited to go back however, the service was terrible. The waiter took our order and didn’t come back to the table until we were almost done with our meal. I asked him bout their desserts and he rushed through them. We tipped (not much) because that’s what you should do but if it were up to me I wouldn’t have tipped him anything. His service was terrible and it was unacceptable. I could be more understanding if it were busy but we went when they first opened therefore, most waiters were standing around waiting for guests to arrive. We’ll go back for the food but I will make sure to request not to be seated with that waiter again.

    I haven’t been here in a while, but the food didn’t quite live up to my previous visits. The everything fried rice was surprisingly bland—I even had to ask for salt and pepper. The scallion pancakes were overly greasy. On the bright side, the bok choy was well-prepared, and the drinks were great. Since my last two experiences were much better, I’m hoping this was just an off night for the kitchen and will give them another try.
