My hour and a half ahead reservation did not hold up. We still had to wait 35mins to be seated. Party of 8 though so I understand it. A busy days for sure. Service was great, food tasted amazing!! The view was nice and the atmosphere was perfect. My kids enjoyed themselves as well. Some restaurants aren’t that kid friendly.

After being seated we waited 20mins with no waiter arriving, we decided at this point to leave, no one even noticed......restaurant was empty, terrible service, such a shame as booked the table 8 werks in advance as only visiting san Francisco for 48 hours.......such a let down, will never revisit and will definitely put others off from visiting 😢

Always love going here!! It can get super busy but our reservation helped and we were sat by the window right away. Service was great and themes loved the boat their food came in.

Our server, Mark was excellent! Atmosphere was charming and reminiscent of the movie Forest Gump. My family and I enjoyed ourselves!

The wait staff is the best ever!! Any seat is an awesome experience. Food was more than excellent and plenty of drink options. Can't wait to go back!!
