    The staff were very nice and professional. Our waiter was attentive, aware of better items to go with our dinner order and overall, very professional. He was personable, as well. This wasn't our first visit, which should give an idea of what we think of Buca di Beppo. We will be dining there again.

    We have loved Buca for 25+ years. They have raised the prices so much that this may be the last time we go. We spent $80 and only had calamari, which was small for $25 and chicken Marsala that was great. They ran out of Diet Pepsi so I just had water. Lady with large family group did not understand what an indoor voice is. She was so loud we couldn’t hear each other from the time they arrived. Not the best Mother’s Day, probably going somewhere else next time.

    One of our favorite places to eat! The spicy chicken rigatoni is our go-to! Great service, great food, and making reservations you never have to wait long to be seated!

    Amazing food ands top rated service. We came in while in Cincinnati for a medical appointment for our son. Our server was very kind and made sure we had everything. He was so kind he even brought us chocolate cake as a nice dessert.

    Terrible experience. The service was slow and bad. We were waiting for more than 1.5 hours without having any food, not even bread. No one form the staff took accountability or try to do something.

    We had reservations for lunch. They seemed to be short staffed. Our waitress did a fantastic job managing all the tables she had. There were a lot of things they were out of. The food was just ok and overpriced for what it was.

    We came to celebrate my son's graduation from UC. Every employee was very friendly and made us feel special. We had a party of 11 and were very happy with the service and food. Thank you the special day even brighter.
