   First time there. Food was amazing! Italian anywhere else will never taste the same or as good. Prices were more than anywhere but based on the amount of food, prices were very fair! One meal of chicken parm and spagetti with garlic bread fed a fam of 4 with plenty of take home for a whole other meal tomorrow! Simply amazing place. Will def. be going back!

   We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation. Then the food service was extremely slow. Did not keep up on refills with 4 kids and the bar drinks took literally 30 minutes to arrive after order.

   I had a 7pm reservation, the host informed us that they were a little behind. My date and I waited at the bar and got sat about 7:20. After getting seated we waited 30 minutes for someone to greet us. Servers walked past us and did not acknowledge us until we had to flag someone down to speak to the manager. Other tables that were sat after us were eating and we didn’t even order. We explained to the manager and she did comp part of the bill.

   We had a large group. We believe our server was assigned more than one large group at the same time. This resulted in very slow service. No offer of drink refills without specific requests. Food was good, as always.

    After waiting an hour past our reserved time, we decided to find food elsewhere. The lobby was completely packed full of people that had had reservations for over an hour before. The bathroom had a sink overflowing, no toilet paper. Disaster. Will not return.
