Arrived on a particularly busy night before a Blue Jackets game. The waiting area was chaotic and a group attempted to push ahead of me in line to get to the host to check in. The staff was still recovering from a busy morning and it seemed there was a lot of newer staff that evening. After being taken back to our seats, we were promptly greeted and our waitress explained the family style dining, which I wasn't aware of. Since we were only a party of two, we only ordered drinks, one plate and an appetizer. Our waitress seemed a bit distressed that we didn't order more. The appetizer arrived quickly, even though we had to flag the waiter down so another table didn't end up with it. For the amount paid, the stuffed mushrooms were underwhelming. There was nothing wrong with the taste, but the few, small mushrooms that were on the plate looked quite odd in the sea of sauce they were plated on. While waiting for dinner, other wait staff tried to deliver other tables food and drinks to us. The wait for the main dish was about 30 minutes after the appetizer. The chicken was both plated well and delicious. We only saw our waitress a few times after ordering and had to flag her down to get the check. I'm not sure if it was because we ordered so little or just because of the volume of other customers, but it wasn't a great experience.

Used Buca for an informal business dinner with 14 people. The food was hot and good, they kept everyone's water filled, and bar service was quick. Everyone was happy and nobody left hungry, which was the goal.

Waited 45 minutes for drinks, food smelled like seafood/fish also food was no good, not one person finished anything that was on their plate and it had nothing to do with the sizes. Poor experience will never be back

We had a different Thanksgiving this year with some family being out of town so decided to go to Buca for there Thanksgiving dinner. $105 for 3 people ($35/person) was too much for the amount and quality. The turkey was thinly sliced and most of it was dry and hard. The other items included were fine but the quality was not worth the cost. We were bummed as we love Buca’s Italian meals.

It was a lovely Thanksgiving experience. Buca is not quite the same as years past but for the value, it is still a great deal, especially when eating out with a large family.

We've gone to Buca di Beppo many times for an Italian feast on Thanksgiving. They never disappoint. We love the ambiance at the Columbus location, and all of the staff are always so friendly & accommodating. Great time & great food.
