    The server was nice, but the food quality was awful. The pizza oven was also broken. We ordered cheese bread as a side which should be impossible to do incorrectly — and not a single person at the table could take more than one bite. I wouldn’t go back.

    Today we got an email from Buca di Beppo and decided to go there for supper. Made reservations while we were on our way and walked right in and was seated by their host. Tonight Diego was our server and he was right there as soon as we walked into the Rome Room. He was very attentive to us. He brought us bread loaves as soon as we gave him our drink order. Tonight we ordered Lasagna. We ate some bread and within 5-10 minutes Diego was back out with our Lasagna, which looked delicious and was steaming hot. We enjoyed the Lasagna and bread and we loved listening to the recorded Italian Music and guessing who the artists were. When we finished eating, Diego came over and asked us if we would like Dessert or Coffee. We told him we were really too full and so he cleared the table and brought us boxes and went to get our check ready. Diego did a really great job and we would like to have him again. It was the first time we had him for our server. We really like the servers that Michael the Manager/Chef and Dino the General Manager hire. We love the food and the Ambiance. We felt like we were in the house of my husband’s Italian Grandparents in 1955. Robyn

    We had to ask our waiter for everything. Ask for butter for bread, which we have never had to do before. After we had our salad we had to ask for a clean plate for our meal, never had to do that. He was very slow in coming back to us for anything and it wasn’t crowded. Had to ask for more bread, more water. Took forever to get a glass of wine, more than half way through the meal when we final got it and ordered with the salad. Meal was good service was awful.

    The dining experience was mediocre. The corner booth we were led to had crumbs all over the seat of the benches so we opted to sit on the chairs opposite the booth bench. The chairs were in bad shape and felt like they were going to fall apart. The chicken dish and lasagna were hot and tasted fine.
