   From initial welcome through seating, service & payment the staff service was outstanding. The food was excellent, both starters & mains, the wine was great too. A fantastic family meal, which both of our grown-up kids & their partners, (who had never visited before), thoroughly enjoyed & now look forward to revisiting too. A huge thanks to all the staff who made this such a great evening. Very highly recommended.

   I’ve eaten here twice now and had the filet steak both times and it has been excellent both times. The waiting staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient and not intrusive on both occasions. The only minor gripe is that I prefer to eat from a plate rather than a chopping board with my chips in a fryer basket. The first time I ate here, they used plates with no gimmicky baskets so it’s a recent thing. I would gladly eat here again and I cannot praise the staff enough.

   Booking through the OpenTable app was great—easy to navigate and confirmation was seamless. I also appreciated the reminder they sent ahead of time. I booked a table for three to celebrate my birthday. When booking, OpenTable asked for the reason for the reservation, so I selected "birthday celebration." We chose this restaurant because we’re familiar with Argentinian cuisine and wanted to play it safe. The venue was nice, though clearly quite new. Service was average, but the staff were friendly. We tried a variety of starters. While the ingredients seemed to be of good quality, the preparation was disappointing. The padrón peppers were excessively salty, the provolone was charred, and the chorizo criollo was surprisingly small. The empanadas were made with puff pastry rather than the traditional dough, which felt inauthentic. Fortunately, the main courses were acceptable. We ordered coffees—two hot cappuccinos, one of them decaf. I was glad I double-checked, because neither were decaf when they arrived. When they returned with the correct one, it was lukewarm. Really disappointing. In the end, we spent nearly £200 on a rather underwhelming experience. I'm also unsure why OpenTable asks for the occasion when booking—if you're not going to acknowledge it in any way, it might be better not to ask. It creates an expectation of at least a small gesture. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

   They were so lovely. The manager got the message and delivered perfectly on it. Rob served our table and he was superb. They are awesome!!!!

   The steak was delicious, the waitress was lovely. I love the kind of music they play - when I’m in a Zumba class! I found the music a bit to frenetic for a relaxed eating experience 😬
