Had reservations at 6:15 arrived at 6. Totally cool have a drink at bar, told I couldn't be seated until 6:15. 6:30 hostess hadn't come to get us. Went to hostess stand to hang and see if she remembered we checked in. She asked if we had reservations and I once again said our name, reservation time and we were waiting at bar. Ordered bottle of wine, crickets. Ordered Caesar and Lobster Bisque, crickets. Salad was good Lobster bisques amazing, best we've had. The spice on the finish and true lobster clumps yum. Ordered New York strip butter cured. Flavor sucked compared to husbands surf and turf. When and who gets bread? We saw tables getting fluffy rolls. Do you have to order as a side? We waited over an hour and a half for main dish after we finished soup and salad. Server was great but obviously had to many tables. $300 meal, no it was not. Go for soup and salad and leave.

Buffalo Block is an expensive dining experience. The steaks were cooked to our specification, tender, and juicy. Our server was having an off night. Very pleasant personality but not focused. Mistakes were made. Total bill for drinks, appetizers, and food for a party of four came to $300. I probably will not be back.

Alec was an amazing server. He was attentive, very relational and knew exactly what we needed! I had to leave early for a performance so he made sure my food came early. The FOOD was amazing- best pork chop, rolls and creme brûlée I’ve ever had! 11/10 recommend- we will be back!
