   Amazing high frequency awakened energy! Herbal delights, tasty & medicinal altogether! This restaurant is next level for awakening souls This is not a restaurant for thrill seekers who are bored with life & who really prefer poison food blessings on your endeavors!!!

   Unique, immersive experience. Creative pairings. Chef is very talented and it was a pleasure to get to know James. Cool vibey location. Whole evening was a very interesting adventure!

   I took my best friend to Buffalo Dreamer last Sunday evening to celebrate her birthday. Both of us have dined at Buffalo Dreamer previously. This months dinner is titled Georgia O’Keeffe on the Prairie. Each month Chef Rebecca Christiansen prepares a fixed menu with 6 courses. After living in and near Santa Fe for 10 years I was particularly interested in this menu. To say each course was exceptional is not strong enough. The flavors, layers of flavor with each bite is completely exquisite! I cannot recommend the whole experience enough. The Space where Buffalo Dreamer serves is quite in line with the artistry of Buffalo Dreamer. The music in the background was very smooth and enjoyable. Our server was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, attentive. If you are searching for an intimate, relaxing, exceptional experience with a well thought out menu you will not forget soon Buffalo Dreamer is the place to go. Reservations are very limited which in fact makes it very special as well, there is limited seating which keeps the evening special. My hat off to Chef Rebecca Christiansen!

   It was a good meal with excellent service. However, the wait time was too long between courses. With the limited staff I see that was how it had to be. I wonder if the chef makes a profit at all and if this restaurant can make it into the future.

   Truly, Michelin star worthy. Absolutely outstanding flavors in every delicious bite of each of the 4 courses along with everything from beginning to end! More than any Foodie could ask for in the finest culinary cities and not to be missed when near Hot Springs, SD!

   This is an all evening experience with a set menu of 6 courses. It was amazing and we had a wonderful evening for my husband’s birthday. Food was incredible, location was brilliant - very intimate, and good wine choices available. Rebecca came out of the kitchen at the end of the evening and chatted which was lovely. We were visiting but if we could we would definitely go again.

   Wow, what a great meal. From first course to last, it was wonderful. Rebecca is an insanely talented chef and James did an incredible job of guiding us through the night. We’d go back again and again. Thanks for having us!

    My wife and I went for our 22nd anniversary. This restaurant offers a plate service setting that requires a reservation at least 1 hour beforehand. It has a fixed start time and takes approximately 3hrs to complete. It is truly an experience! We had a total of six courses(none of which i should mention, are foods I would have ordered off of a menu in a normal restaurant setting) however, this was quite possibly the best meal I’ve ever had. Chef Rachel and her staff are amazing. If you are in the area, this is an opportunity to eat like a king and queen with some of the most amazing flavors you’ll experience!
