Did not honor our reservation with OpenTable due to UFC fight. Received a conformation email that our reservation was received at least 24 hours ahead of time. Received a text from Buffalo Wild at approximately 40 minutes before our reservation.When we showed at the restaurant we had a one hour wait for a table. No apologies and service was sub par. Received a email from OpenTable saying we no showed. Incorrect!!! We did show.

First, they called me about 1.5 hrs before my reservations to tell me they couldn’t honor my reservations. So we hurry up and get ready and go up. We were able to get seated after about 20 minutes and only after that did they tell us that they would add $10/person to the bill because of the UFC fight if we stayed after 9:00pm. This was at 7:45pm. When I questioned the server, she said “well, you could have stayed home”. Not impressed with this establishment at all and next time I will stay home or go to Pluckers.

When reservations were made, we let the establishment know we had to leave by a certain time. Our server took drink orders which took 15 minutes to arrive. We placed food orders as soon as drinks arrived in order to still meet our departure time. Our food took at least 40 minutes to arrive and we immediately requested our checks, still hoping to meet our deadline. Then, once served our food, we had no silverware, and though we asked our server twice, after another 15 minutes, we ended up getting up to get our own silverware. We were then over 40 minutes late to our appointment.

We had a reservation and they didn’t have a table ready for us. There wasn’t anywhere they could put our party of 10. When they did seat us four of our party had to sit on bar stools at a regular table. My son talked to someone and we were eventually moved to another table with regular seating. The food was good but the service was slow. The waitress was friendly and did her best but had too many other tables to take care of. We probably will not come back.

The food was cold to barely warm, had to send my wife's hamburger back because it was cold. Drink order did not arrive correctly and had to be sent back too. The help staff kept trying to deliver either our food to another table and then tried to deliver someone else's food to us. Manager never come to check up after sending food back and waitress said the cold food thing had been going on for two weeks and not been fixed. Will not be going back.
