Buffalo Wild Wings doesn’t participate with Open Table wait list. Not even sure why it’s an option on their website.

Used the app to reserve my spot. Said I was first up when I arrive but after we drove all the way there, there was a 1.5-2 hour long wait at 8:00 at night. We ended up leaving not very happy.

Terrible service first Second They ran out of food and failed to tell us until the rest of the food came out it was a kids meal also Won’t be returning

I will be trying to contact this Buffalo Wild Wings as well. But they apparently do not take reservations. I have photos from the website that clearly say that they do and a link on their site that brings you to open table to make a reservation. I made the reservation because I was going on the day of the Michigan/MSU football game. I knew the bar would be busy and thought the reservation would be helpful to make sure my friend and I had a place to watch the game. I showed up on time and showed my reservation confirmation to the hostesses. They said “we don’t take any reservations.” Which is fine but they didn’t seem to care even after showing them the photos of their website. They said, “well we don’t have any tables, but you could try to find some seats at the bar.” I hope they care enough to fix this problem so other people don’t make the same mistake. Please contact me if you would like to see the photos. Mine won’t upload to the site.

They did not accept our reservation. The hostess said they do not honor any reservations via open table or from anywhere.

Location said it did not know what open table was and therefore did not hold a table for me even though I had a reservation confirmation sent to me from open table. Luckily they found my group a table after a short wait.

Despite having an open table reservation it still took a while to get seated and took even longer to get served. The waiter had to be reminded multiple times of things that we had ordered. Take out might be the best way to go.
