   We had the BEST time! Our server was spectacular. I can’t remember her name, but the 6pm reservation was under my name, Becca woodstra. We sat in the corner closer to the patio? She was the best server I’ve had in awhile.

   Colin was outstanding! I took my wife to Bulevar for her birthday. Colin, our waiter, guided us through the menu and made some amazing drink and food suggestions. The food and the service were on point. My wife said that was the best meal she has ever eaten! We will definitely be going back soon.

   I have been a few times and loved the experience but this time I wanted to bring my daughter who was celebrating her 40th birthday and my bonus son (her husband) - she was beside herself and got a 10 all the way around. She loved it and said it couldn’t have been better. Well worth it- the waitress forgot our chips which left us hanging for a bit while we waited on our food but that was quickly forgotten once we got to the main portion. It was a fantastic night!

   The attention to detail is remarkable. Every ingredient is elevated to achieve nothing short of a flavor bomb in every dish. We travel extensively and few restaurants compare to Bulevar when it comes to high end creative dining.

   We sat at the bar. It took awhile to get our drinks. We ordered 3 dishes. The first 2 came out fairly quickly. We ordered the Hamachi. It took 20 minutes before we received the dish (which was very good). This was after we had ti get our servers attention that we hadn’t received the dish. It was also slow to receive drinks we wanted to re-order. We have been to Bulevar several times and this time was most disappointing.
