Bulla nace de un grupo de amigos amantes de la gastronomía española que siempre habían añorado tener un trocito de España en México

En el 2020 deciden construir Bulla, concepto creado por el chef Pedro Martín el cual es un lugar que apuesta por la cocina tradicional española con toques de modernidad y vanguardia, un lugar de sabores y texturas de toda España, una cocina con alma española pero con los mejores ingredientes nacionales e internacionales, los cuales son importados directamente. Como dice uno de los españoles de este grupo de amigos: “Un lugar que nos recordase la cocina de nuestra infancia, a la de la abuela, a la de los bares y restaurantes de toda la vida, a esos que no fallan”.

Platos de Norte a Sur y de Este a Oeste, con caña de cerveza, tapas, carajillos, tortilla de patatas, croquetas, albóndigas, paella, sangría, rabo de toro, lechón, vermús, todo eso y mucho mas…

Ya no existe el restaurante! Deberían de mantener la base actualizada! Llegamos al restaurante y nos llevamos la sorpresa que ya está cerrado.

La comida estaba muy bien y el servicio de Eddy espectacular, lo único malo fue la hostess, a la que le pedimos un cambio de mesa que nos negó porque “estaban reservadas”, hubo al menos tres de esas mesas que estuvieron vacías desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos.

Our servings were either over seasoned or under. The food is meant for tapas so it is, for example, a(bowl of shrimp with nothing else-no rice etc., then another thing like anchovies in a cream sauce with nothing to eat it with. It was the level of noise that made the whole evening unpleasant. There are some large tables with people making a lot of noise, on top of that they had piped in music and then live musicians came! We left as soon as we could.

La comida súper rica, el ambiente muy agradable, en algún momento hay música en vivo. Cuenta con mesas para fumadores.

Viví 16 años en España y me transporto de nuevo por sus olores , comida , bebidas platillos de alta cocina hasta la típica tortilla de patata , los precios son muy competitivos , se ha vuelto mi bar cuando quiero sentirme en España.
