Bullvino's Churrascaria is a family owned traditional Brazilian steakhouse located in Lowertown St. Paul, MN. Churrascaria, which translates from the Portuguese word "barbecue" is served all-you-can-eat. Roving waiters serve the barbecued meats from large skewers directly onto the seated diners' plates allowing each guest to enjoy a variety of options. Included in our flat rate pricing is our large self serve salad bar which has a wide range of salads, soups, meats, and cheeses.

Bullvino's Churrascaria was established in the spring of 2021 by two partners who each have a lifetime of experience working in churrascaria style restaurants. Through their experience they have assembled a dedicated team of service professionals who have perfected the art of churrascaria down to the finest detail.

Our fourth time there. Meat was off tonight and chewy. The pineapple didn’t find its way out for a long time. The filet was great.

We would definitely come back to this gem of a Brazilian churrascaria (steakhouse) in downtown St. Paul. It's an all-you-can-eat meat lovers dream with a more-than-ample limitless salad bar that offers everything from pastas in cream sauce to smoked salmon, heart of palm and mint jellies. A lot of restaurants in downtown St. Paul have shut down but Bullvino's has actually expanded. I believe they bought the coffee shop next door, which is now the Egg Donut Cafe and offers some light Brazilian touches to its small daytime diner menu. When we ate at Bullvino's Friday night, they had converted the coffee shop into a kind of private/overflow banquet space for a table of 20 or more patrons. The food is great -- waiters come by every few minutes with new meat options, there are 20+ heavy dishes in all to sample with generous portions, from filet mignon to grilled chicken hearts to grilled pineapple with a cinnamon glaze -- but a couple of the outer meat slices were salty. You definitely need to indicate which cut you prefer. Otherwise, I long to be back soon!
