   Our experience at Bungalow was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked a reservation for New Year’s Eve for a party of 12, including four children under three, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make everything feel incredibly special. The team was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and every dish delivered an explosion of flavors that created a truly memorable dining experience. I loved the restaurant so much that I brought a friend to celebrate her birthday, and she was equally impressed. She’s already planning a date night there with her husband! The food was phenomenal: the fried red snapper had a perfectly crisp crust that didn’t overpower the delicate, tender meat. The Tomahawk steak was magnificent, the spicy meatballs were exquisite, and the seafood dip appetizer was outstanding. I can’t recommend Bungalow enough—it’s a gem for any special occasion or just a great night out!”

   Overall, I enjoyed my dinner. I ordered the Filet Mignon, Oscar Style with fried asparagus and a side of mash potatoes. The mash potatoes were a HUGE disappointment. They tasted like powder, boxed mash potatoes and obviously were not freshly made. The steak and macaroni and cheese, which my friend ordered, made up for this though. I would recommend this restaurant and our server (though, I don't remember her name). But do not order the mash potatoes, it is not worth the price. In fact, it is not worth any price.

   Waited for 45 minutes after already having reservations for 11pm. With the kitchen closing they ran out of two items I wanted the green beans and the dessert so that was a bummer as well. Overall the food was tasty, well seasoned but not 5 stars. Price was fair I had the salmon and my date had the filet. We did have the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes (the latter of which was really good) Staff was generally friendly but our server Randy was the highlight. He was charming, knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations and someone I’d even ask to be seated with again. I’d return but at a time that’s less busy.

   When you arrive, they are supposed to give you a glass of champagne, I didn’t receive a glass nor was I asked if I wanted one. The ambience was nice but the food was underwhelming to be honest and they messed up my order. A 20% gratuity was already included on the bill.

   Champagne was not offered to every guest upon entry and the quality of wine is not top tier considering the price. Server was excellent!

   Went on a date night with my husband here and sat on the rooftop. The view was amazing but the harsh green light they had constantly shining at our table ruined the ambiance for us a bit. It made everything, even the food, a shade of green. We got the NY strip and the porterhouse steaks to eat, along with their Mac and cheese and their version of mashed potatoes. It all tasted amazing, our only complaint was the garlic herb butter we decided to add made the steak a bit to salty for our taste. Overall it was a pretty good experience and the service was amazing other wise. We would definitely go there again in the future.

   I order filet mignon and got a skirt steak the mash potatoes was cold I ordered a bottle of wine that I requested before my reservation to be chilled and put on the table and neither was done. I also ordered soup that was cold. All of the food had to be returned recooked. The waitress took 30 minutes to come back to the table to take out order after serving of wine and water and mind you there were only three couples in the restaurant two at the bar. The restaurant was beautiful, but it surely didn’t hold up to what it looked like. I would never go there again or recommend anybody to go there again and spend one penny.
