The potatoes Dauphine were like eating clouds! Lovely ambience too, and nice wine selection. I was able to order a THC seltzer with dinner, even better!

Quirky restaurant as it is connected to the grocery store. That being said, it is for the better as you can get drinks etc from the store for the restaurant. The menu choices are fairly simple with each dish having a French style. Good food and enjoyable atmosphere.

It has all the potential to be a great upscale neighborhood “market” bistro, but the dishes need to be executed at a much higher level than what we experienced. The Pommes Dauphine lacked proper seasoning that the smoked trout roe could not overcome and sadly my duck leg cassoulet was tough, not “fall off the bone” , the venison sausage was overcooked and the beans were flavorless. A fellow diner found multiple stones in the Moules which was a bit troubling. Some highlights were the onion soup and burger. Good crème brûlée but avoid the clafoutis - overcooked and flavorless. So, in short, tighten up the kitchen and let’s get those dishes executed to perfection.

We had brunch here. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was also attentive but not intrusive.

Food was done hastily and I know I got charged 20 for half a croque madame with dry meat . For real like why try to fool Hyde park people ? Do you think we don’t know any better. And why were our side salads dressed when they should have been dry ? Brunch is the most important meal in Austin , get it together .

Great food. Kitchen was pretty backed up and ended up getting our cheese board AFTER our entrées. Burger was delicious and the patio was a great vibe. Service was pretty slow as well. May come back for drinks/snacks if I plan on lingering for a while.

Not sure if it was an off night for the staff but the service was a huge miss even though it was relatively empty and had plenty of staff standing around. We were seated for 15 minutes before I had to ask someone to come over to take our drink and food order. I guess there was confusion over who was supposed to serve our table. Once we placed our food order it took 45 min to arrive. The food was really good though.
