   I had a confirmed booking from OpenTable but when I arrived the venue hadn’t reserved a table for my group. As the booking was early, the venue was near empty, but the venue manager didn’t take my guests into account, and offered us a high table which was inaccessible to my 80 and 85 year old guests.

   I come all the time and I understand it would be hard serving people all the time however the staff have become quite rude or less enthusiastic shall I say.

   I come to Burleigh Sports club on a regular basis with family and friends as it is the best club I know for the lovely food and the staff are always very helpful.
