   We were not able to dine. We got there for the Easter buffet and were seated upstairs. I have a left lateral meniscus tear in my knee, so I explained I would not be able to go up and down the stairs to access the buffet downstairs. We were told we should have requested accommodations when we made the reservation. It was made on opentable, where upstairs was not mentioned at all, since we had never been to this location, we had no idea we needed to request an accommodation. We ended up leaving to find somewhere else to go.

   I was told since we had a small party of 3 and one of us was 82 yrs old,that we wouldn't have to walk up and down steps. We were seated upstairs instead and had to make several trips up and down very narrow steps. Which is hard if you are 82 and carrying a plate. Very disappointed.

   The food items were on the lower level and the main restaurant area, while we were seated in the balcony. I was contacted by the restaurant a week ago to ask if we could climb stairs, which we can, and I told them so. What I did NOT know was that ALL food would be 1-2 floors below us and require multiple trips up and down stairs. They did not advise us of that up front or in either of their two follow up phone calls to us. Sadly, while we really enjoy Burntwood, we will not return for a buffet/brunch like this in the future. Walking up and down stairs multiple times ruined our ability to enjoy the meal, and frankly was dangerous with plates of food in our hands and passing people and wait staff on the stairs. Not a recommended experience for $42/person.

   It wasn't worth the money. They called day before asked if anyone has trouble with stairs. Told them yes. Where was the buffet set up downstairs. If I were told this I would of cancelled. Didn't even get a regular table and chairs. Got a folding table and folding chairs. This was really difficult for my husband. Very disappointing never again

   We had a great dining experience with Tetiana as our waitress. The lobster bisque soup at BT is the bomb.

   I’ve been to several different Burntwood Tavern locations and this one is very rustic and cozy. The Rasta Pasta isy favorite menu option!!

   The food was amazing, but the service was impeccable! I made a reservation for a larger party and we had a person in a wheelchair and a baby. They put us at the perfect table and showed me around to where they could park and enter with the wheelchair. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Tess showed me around the day before and our waiter, Aaron (if I remember correctly) were both amazing. Thank you!

    I’ve been to Burntwood many times before, so you know what to expect. We sat a long time before our server came to get us drinks. We sat even longer waiting for her to come back. We talk A LOT, so time can quickly pass and we all looked around wondering where she had disappeared to. We got the tots to start- a little salty, but they’re SO good. I got the club, no thank you. Hard bun. Felt impossible to eat. Got a wedge salad on the side- no dressing. We know how long it took for her to come back so it was quite some time before I was able to eat that. Overall, it’s not that we won’t go back- just hopefully with a different server, and I’ll get apps as my entree.
