   After going there for 12 years could have been the worst meal we ever had. Started off with a skunk draft beer, which I had to return for a bottle. Ordered pork tacos. The pork was over dried and hard, and the tortillas were stale and hard. My wife ordered the salmon and it was overcooked and served with white unflavored rice. Only a good thing about the evening was we had a great server in Olivia

   We happened on a night when half the restaurant was filled with hormone infused teens in formal wear, presumably going to prom. This and some Karen at the front desk hassling the young women trying to seat guests efficiently provided a floor show of sorts. Despite high stress, the wait staff stayed personable and helpful. The food was decent and the ambiance was very interesting. If we return to town we would consider coming back, perhaps on a weeknight.

   First visit in many years and we were seated promptly. My wife ordered the warm beet salad and the beets were cold when served. My cocktail glass had two chips in the rim for which I requested a replacement.

   We sat on the balcony by the river and it was amazing. The service was wonderful and the food was so good. Always look forward to going back

   Although only hightop seating was available at time of reservation, staff at Burntwood Tavern in Cuyahoga Falls accommodated our party with only a few minutes wait. We appreciated that during the busy Mother’s Day rush.

   We had a great time yesterday, it was my sister and my daughter’s first time being up there and they just love the waterfall the atmosphere and the service. And of course, the food was delicious, thank you for your hospitality.

   Service was excellent Ambiance was very nice. Somewhat loud at 6PM in the inside Dining Room. White rice served with Jambalaya was cold and served in a clump as if dished out with an Ice Cream scoop. I wish there had been some liquid in the Jambalaya itself as I found it to be rather dry. Staff was very pleasant and were very pleasant to us as we spent some time after our meal socializing with each other. We will visit again but next time try a different entrée.

   Disappointed with the reservation process at Burntwood Cuyahoga Falls. We arrived on time and they sat us at a table that already had a party seated there. When we moved, they sat us (a party of 6) at a table that was only meant for 4 people. We squeezed around this corner booth/table and made the best of it. The one bright spot, our server Leah (sorry if spelled wrong) was GREAT.

    Overall, the buffet was very nice. One big problem for me was that since the big pans were set up on the bar, they were so high that I couldn't reach the handles on the lids and sometimes the food in the back half of the big chafing dish was out of reach. Roast beef was good, ham was *very* dry, same for the salmon, not a lot of variety on the dessert table, just mini doughnuts, something that looked like poundcake, and some tiny cheesecake bites. The service was very good and the staff was very friendly, which was surprising considering how slammed they were.
